Consulting Approach

To plan, implement and maintain simple and sustainable online marketing solutions for non-profits, entrepreneurs and bloggers based on WordPress website software.

What makes for an engaging digital marketing presence?

My focus for clients in the metro Washington DC area and beyond is on small non-profits and entrepreneurs, as well as bloggers – many in transition to a second career.

My recommended web platform is WordPress.Com, a simple, secure and sustainable version of popular WordPress software, as amplified by select social media and measured by online analytics.

My Consulting “Packages” range from “Quick Start” site setup and tutorial on WordPress.Com to longer projects for new or redesigned sites, including migration of existing content and leveraging of social media outreach.  I can also assist in updating more complex WordPress.Org sites. See for further details: Consulting Packages.

My “Focus Areas” within any Package are Business Planning, Website Design, or Social Media Management…depending on Client needs. See for further details: Focus Areas.

Contract and Payment: note that the following are required from clients prior to any work by DCWebRevolution:

  • Business Contract outlining the scope, terms, deliverables, pricing, timing, and respective responsibilities of either a Tutorial or Consulting engagement.
  • Payment to confirm either a Quick Start Tutorial ($100 booking deposit) or Consulting ($300 booking deposit)
My Guiding Principles:
My Customer focus:
  • Small Non-profits (less than 10 Staff/Volunteers)
  • Entrepreneurs (mainly consulting, small business)
  • Bloggers (professional, job search, hobbyists)
  • Serving professionals and organizations primarily in the Washington DC Metro area
