Deliverables: Fixing of WP.COM functionality issues, plus any related content editing, with communication with Client via email and/or texting. Such support to complement use of free WP.COM help resources for sustainability.
Duration: Available options:
- 12 month Support contract for an existing or new WordPress.Com site.
- A 90 day Support agreement, typically after a new WP.COM site design, or Site Checkup
- A Shorter time TBD to troubleshoot specific issues on a WP.COM site.
Focus: Anchored on client-detected site issues, plus any related problems discovered in the process of support, with testing and documenting of any fixes included.
Follow-up: One week period after any completed Troubleshooting to confirm solution success, while length of longer Support ensures continuity in addressing any issues.
Advance Prep: Email or Contact Form exchange re User interest in such service. Free prior phone interview to clarify tasks. Business Contract signed for longer engagement.
