Duration: 5 Google Meet sessions over 9 weeks, plus email/text exchanges, following complementary initial Google Meet Scope session.
Focus: Anchored on priority client need, with Business Planning or WordPress Site or Social Media Management as main focus area

Project Management: Project Management services to a Client team and collaborating Partner(s) in order to complete a site redesign flowing from a prior dcwebrevolution Site Checkup engagement. Gary Vaughan has over 40 years experience as a Project Manager, and is a currently certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Advance Prep: Share 3 User-identified site issues; Proposed goals by User for Consulting; Online Site Checkup Form completion; Complementary prior phone interview and Google Meet Scope Session; Business Contract signed.
